Ah, kale… We love kale at the Student Farm, but we know that too much kale can be overwhelming. To overcome a kale slump, try cooking it up different ways! We’ve been experimenting with kale chips lately, and we’ve found that it’s not as challenging as we initially thought it might be. Start with olive oil and salt, or try something a bit more flavorful, like this recipe from Oh She Glows.
