This week’s Cooking Collab is all about mushrooms!! Participants will join the Blooms n Shrooms Club to forage at the trails behind Arboretum, and then we will cook the foraged goods to make delicious mushroom-y meals!
The foraging portion of the Collab will be held on Tuesday, October 4th at 5:30pm, and attendance is strongly encouraged. The group will meet at Buckhout Lab and will walk together to Sunset Park.
The cooking portion of the Collab will be held on Wednesday, October 5th at 5:30pm on the Ross Student Farm.
Menu:
- Butternut squash and mushroom risotto
- Mushroom and sundried tomato galette
- Mushroom pate
