Student Farm Club is hosting its next Cooking Collab on Tuesday, April 12, and it’s going to be a delicious taste of Indonesia! The collab will be from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Abba Java Coffeehouse and will be hosted by Ann Kusnadi, the founder of Koo-Weh Nana. Koo-Weh Nana is a State College bakery that features traditional Turkish and Indonesian treats.

The meal will be a nasi tumpeng spread featuring:

  • Perjedel jagung (corn fritters)
  • Tahu tempe bacum (fried tofu and tempeh)
  • Sambal goreng buncis (sauteed green beans)
  • Rendang kentang (potato rendang)
  • Bubur pulut hitam (black sticky rice porridge)
