Securing funding through a PSU College of Ag Sciences undergraduate research grant gave Alexa Wilhelm the opportunity to conduct an assessment of the Student Farm’s CSA customer satisfaction. Her motivation was to better understand the needs and experiences of CSA members to create a more successful consumer/producer relationship and gauge customer satisfaction. She also evaluated each member’s capacity to utilize their share by measuring the quantity of share waste, cooking skills prior to participating in the CSA, and experience.
